On August 18, 19 and 20, the Montreal International Reggae Festival (MIRF) will present its 14th edition at the Old Port of Montreal, maintaining its theme United Against Violence. This year promises yet again the highest calibre of Jamaican and West Indian talent, spanning the cultural genres of Roots, Dancehall, Lover’s Rock and even Comedy and Gospel.
The organizers have confirmed the governor of the dancehall and the church halls, Lt. Stitchie. He is expected to headline the event alongside Inner Circle, Konshens, Etana and host of others. The MIRF is dubbed as one of the best reggae festivals around the world.
