Today is the start of the four-day Philadelphia Folk Festival, being presented by the Philadelphia Folksong Society. On this its 60th edition, the event will be held at the Old Pool Farm in beautiful Upper Salford Township, Pennsylvania.

As this is a milestone in the festival’s history, they have invited Arrested Development, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Hiss Golden Messenger, The War And Treaty, Punch Brothers & Watchhouse with Sarah Jarosz, and that is just to name a few.
