island-fusion-mainThe promoters of The Island Fusion concert which was scheduled for August 31st, 2018 at the Jean Pierre Complex, regret to advise the cancellation of this concert due to technical and safety concerns.

In the aftermath of Tuesday’s earthquake and expected aftershocks, both the Jean Pierre complex and the Hasely Crawford stadium have been closed until further notice.

The promoters believe this is in the best interest and well-being of patrons at this time. They regret any disappointment and inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
Ticket refunds from advertised outlets will commence on Monday, August 27th, 2018 at the outlet where purchased. Tickets purchased from an NLCB outlet will be refunded at Herefords Bar on Maraval Rd opp. CNMG, from Wednesday, August 29th, 2018.

A popular event this time of year is the Sweetness on the Water party, which takes place on Wednesday, August 1st, on board The Empress Of Canada (11 Polson street). Boarding at 8 PM; departing at 9 PM and returning at 1 AM.

Confirmed international artists for this year are: Uncle Ellis, Shal Marshall and Problem Child. They will be supported by local Canadian talents: Jaxx, Ms. Paige, Elvin Belfon and Stick Wow.
